I offer mobile massage services in the North Austin area. I also have a location in Round Rock. I have over 13 yrs experience specializing in deep tissue and active release. My sessions are created to get rid of the hurt, releasing the tension with various techniques using trigger point, graston, cupping to name a few along with Thai stretches. I am also a Reiki Master so energy naturally flows with each stroke and we will incorporate breathwork to aid in the healing process. I also offer personal training in the comfort of your own home, gym, local park. Depending on the location and your focus. We can work stretching and flexibility, post op surgery, HIIT, muscle rehab.
